Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak periods or promotional campaigns, processing may take slightly longer, but we always ensure your order is handled with care.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.
2. Delivery Time
We work with trusted international and local logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Estimated delivery times:

Singapore & neighbouring regions: 7–12 business days

Other international locations: 10–20 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
We offer:

Free standard shipping on all orders above RM150

Flat-rate shipping of RM15 for smaller orders
All charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link.
Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear online after dispatch.
If tracking seems delayed, don’t worry — it simply means your parcel is in transit to the next checkpoint.
5. Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
ZIPPED™ cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours at support@zippedstore.com to update your details before the order is processed.
6. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive to deliver orders promptly, unexpected delays may occur due to customs inspection, weather conditions, or courier network disruptions.
In such cases, we appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist you in tracking your package.
7. Lost or Missing Packages
If your parcel hasn’t arrived 30 days after shipment confirmation, please reach out to support@zippedstore.com.
We’ll open an investigation with our logistics partner and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Customs & Duties (for International Orders)
International orders may be subject to local import taxes or customs fees, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
